I just canceled my membership had it for a very long time but the last few times I notice scratches on my car and white specks I took it to a different car wash today that spray it before it goes thru and also hand dry it so much happier I will not bring my business there again!

Been a regular customer here for a long time and love how friendly everyone is, in spite of the spotty vacuums not working. Wish there was a way they could maintain them better

This one in Parma absolutely sucks and not talking about the vacuums either.
They have hanging mops that only spread dirt and leaves spots everywhere.
My truck was cleaner before I went through.
Very unsatisfied with this location.
Only one that I will ever use is on pearl road near brunswick. It's absolutely amazing and really cleans your car

In my general area there are FIVE car washes in close proximity. I have tried them all and Sgt. CLEAN comes out on top for a lot of reasons. Values can get in between the seat and door area, bug scuba station, at my job I get a lot of bird droppings on my car just about every day. Sgt. Clean is the only car wash that gets it all in one wash. Highly recommend.

Why must you send the cars back to back? Give it atleast 20 seconds between cars? It makes me so uncomfortable how close the person is behind me everytime. You get paid by the hour, not car. Damn.

I have tried other washes. They never get my car clean and/or they damage it. Ever since I tried Sgt Clean a few years ago I've been SOLD. My car always comes out clean and never a scratch. Today I tried this location, my regular would've been out of my way. WOW! is all I can say. There are buckets of bug cleaner with brushes, as you pull in (and it actually works and people appear to have been respectful and kept the brushes clean). Logan was Johnny-on-the-spot when I pulled up to make sure I got my wash and payment okay. Again, another perfect wash from Sgt Clean. I got about 15 min down the road and remembered I forgot to take my kid's school magnet off prior. I checked, and yep, it was gone. I drove back and Logan again ran over to see what I needed. I explained and he went IN the wash and retrieved my magnet. Logan needs to be employee of the month and get a raise because he definitely earns his keep there! No, I've never met him before today, but I will definitely be back!
I don't have a fancy car to show off, but I'm a single mom and this is what keeps my family's wheels turning. I try to take care of it the best I can and Sgt Clean makes that happen!

Left my car mat by accident and apparently they just throw anything left away..... 100$ car mats you think they would put it up or something. Ending my monthly subscription.
