Terrible customer service at this branch starting with tue fact THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE for my elderly mother who isn’t able to get her question answered through their website. It’s doesn’t matter when you call because they never pick up.

Probably one of the worst banks in cleveland. Particularly this branch. Very unfriendly customer service. Rude teller and manager.

Teller was not the friendliest. No smile, no asking how your days going, very cold and dry personality. Needs training in basic customer service skills.
