Took dog in to be groomed & was extremely disappointed in how they cut his hair. On one part of his neck, the hair was shaved down to the skin. On the back of his neck, the hair was shaved, very crooked & part way up. His ears were not cut, his face was hardly touched & where it was cut, it was uneven. They said he was biting the razor, so they had to stop cutting him. His hair has been cut before & nothing like this has ever happened before. When we got home with him, he was shaking & acting weird, not like himself at all. Even the next morning, he was still shaking & I had to hold him & talk to him softly to stop the shaking. I will never use their service again nor recommend them.

When me and my older sister went, we asked for our Husky/Germen Shepherd to get groomed and a few extra's. He is a very playful dog, who always gets muddy; he came back extremely clean and smelling amazing, as well. The workers there were extremely nice and respectful, we toured around and everything was clean and neat. Our stylist was named Jenny, definitely planning on coming back. :)

Stopped in Parma PetSmart for cat litter. The shelf was empty But there was a pallet on the rack shelf. Was told by an employee they cannot take it down. They would have to leave a message for the manager for the morning to bring down and stock the shelf. Why would I want to come back tomorrow when I'm there now. Well Chewy.com gets my business now.

Had an appmt scheduled for grooming for my dog and they canceled it without explanation and then lied about it to my face. Gave them another chance and rescheduled for 3 weeks later and that appmt Cole told me he couldn't take my dog because he wanted to go eat lunch. Customer service awful. Doing the time there lady not paying attention and clipping someones dogs'nails too short. Inexperienced people and awful customer service. 2 customers behind me in line saw how I was treated and walked out with their pets too. Stay away from this place. Do better elsewhere for your furry friends. Manager stood there watching the whole thing with Cole unfold and did nothing to correct him.
