I've been going here since September 2023 for my 5 pound 1 year old Yorkie. I recently just given birth and had my mother in law bring my Yorkie for the 1st time for his appointment, When it was due to pay his bill my mother in law was charged $85! I quickly called and questioned as to why, I was informed of an additional charge because my dog is "difficult", All the times I have dropped him off and picked him up I was never told that. The only thing I was informed was that they didn't grind his nails because he didn't stay still which when I heard and saw the grinder it sounds like a saw so I understood why. I am highly upset as I was never called nor told my Yorkie was "difficult" until today over the phone. I was then informed he has a note on his card that he is "difficult" which I found ridiculous. This was highly unprofessional and robbery for charging this price, Next time speak to the owner first and have a notice signed so therefore it is noted moving forward a charge would occur if a dog is hard to deal with. Next time call and make the owner aware therefore the owner can have the option to pick up their pet to avoid this. Next time do not charge a 5 pound dog a price you charge for dogs that are 60 pounds. Prior to coming here I was taking my Yorkie to a franchised grooming company and I've decided to switch to support locally. Moving forward I will not support this location because this was unprofessional, scam and taken advantage of. If I was there to pick up my dog I would have never had to pay this price. My price is always the same plus a tip. This time NO TIP! Rip off is what this location is. NEVER AGAIN!

1st time there, friendly fast service, met the groomer before and after to discuss details of groomand felt she did an incredible job! I will go nowhere else?

Beware- DONT have an emergency or get Covid for goodness sake because if you call and cancel an appointment the same day, you will get charged a fee of $85!! You will not be able to scheduled an appointment unless that fee is paid. I am thinking this might be illegal or just bad business. I am looking into it. Called when they opened up, had to cancel that day because of an emergency with one of my kids. Was never told on the phone when making the appointment or even when I cancelled the appointment that there would be a fee. As a long time customer, you would think they would send out a letter stating their new policy. NOPE. I can understand maybe charging like $25....but that is ridiculous. Doctor's offices dont even charge that much and they have way more overhead that a groomer. Malpractice insurance alone is probably more than what they make in a year and insurance will only pay a doctors office $25-$75 per office visit. All I can say is that I am a business owner and we don't charge customers when they cancel and dont show up for their internet install....and we have way more overhead also. BAD Business. This shop is getting a little too big for their britches...AND EXACTLY....YOU DIDNT LISTEN. OK? YOUR POINT ON COMMISSION? YOUR FEE IS RIDICULOUS. SO LETS PAY SOMEONE A FULL AMOUNT. AND I HAVE ALREADY FOUND SOMEONE.... BUT I AM LOOKING INTO THE LEGALITY OF THIS. IF YOUR BUSINESS WAS SO PROFESSIONAL, THEN SOMETHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN SAID WHEN IT WAS BEING CANCELLED BUT HEY, FIGURED YOU WOULD TRY TO GET FREE MONEY.

We took our Nova girl there on the recommendation of a good friend. The people there were AWESOME. So friendly and they did such a great job. We will be back for SURE!!!!

Last summer, Pampered Pets got rid of Saturday hours and said they will resume in the fall so they could spend time with family during the summer. It's now almost February of 2024 and Saturday appointments seem to be a thing of the past. Hours are now M-F 9-5. As someone who actually has a full time regular 8-5 day job in this day and age, it is impossible to bring my pets to you without wasting my vacation time. You have lost a long-time customer.

After taking my adult Golden Retriever Sunshine there for grooming the Last 3 years they would not give me a appointment for a nail trim due to her age. She is 17 years old and they told me that insurance regulations said they couldn't work on a dog that old. I only wanted her nails trimmed. I will never take another animal there for anything. I feel like looking into Goddards law. Very unprofessional.

I have taken my too pups to them for years now (I love them), and so do my pups. I was so happy that they accepted pitties. Always professional, clean, friendly, always willing to accommodate any allergies with their hypoallergenic products, and also accommodating separation anxiety my female has when she is not around her brother. Prices are accurate/resenable since they go by weight, height, and hair length. Every time I bring them in, my pups always run to the front desk, ignoring me (lol). They have plenty of parking, both right in front of the building and in the back of the building.

Was taking my dog there for the last 6 years and always left an amazing tip. Had to miss one appointment (first ever) because of an emergency at our home. Unfortunately we didn’t call in time to let them fill our cancelation (I admit that), but when I talked to the manager and tried to explain what happened and that we’ve never done this to them, they didn’t care and said policy is policy and that we had to pay almost $100 for an appointment we missed. If this was our first time or we weren’t a loyal customer, I would understand. As a business owner myself, I get it. Policies are policies. However, they wouldn’t even lower the price or let us reschedule and apply the $95 to our next appointment. That’s just bad business to a loyal customer who always tips well and has never missed or cancelled appointments before.

I’m not sure what happened this time but when my son brought my dog back to me from there I cried. They did such A HORRIBLE job this time. His hair is cut so terribly there is NO WAY to fix it. He has a huge gash on his neck from clippers with no guard and they shaved ALL of the hair off of his butt. I’m so embarrassed of the way he looks I canceled our Christmas photo shoot. Shame on y’all.

Took my 75lb Alaskan Malamute here recently. They did a fantastic job! I will absolutely be taking my dog back here when he needs his next grooming appointment!My dog doesn’t do well in crates, and I told them that, so they called me 20 minutes before he was ready so they didn’t have to crate him.Thanks Pampered Pets!
