Brought in Grand Prix to check ABS light, Technician diagnosed faulty wheel speed sensor, (built into wheel hub) very easy repair so I bought a MOOG wheel hub and replaced it myself. ABS light was still on after so I brought it back and paid for another diagnosis and technician Matt stated the new wheel hub was defective. Contacted RockAuto whom I bought the hub from and ordered a new one under warranty, and installed it myself when it arrived. The ABS light was still on with the same code! Came back to palmiero for a third time and asked if they could take another look, which technician Matt stated "it'll probably be the wheel hub again," so I said I would just like a refund for the second diagnosis considering it was incorrect, and the technician Matt refused to refund the second diagnosis on the grounds of no "proof" the first wheel hub was not defective, although I doubt both brand new wheel hubs were defective! Brought the car to another mechanic (Parma tire) and they found a faulty ABS wire harness connecting to the wheel speed sensor! This turned out to be the problem after they repaired the broken wire for me and the light turned off! What really disappoints me is I've been a customer for years and technician Matt was extremely unprofessional while trying to discuss the problem, despite me explaining that this is the third time I went to their shop for the same problem!

I just had my clutch replaced by Palmiero Brother's. They did a great job. My Focus ST runs perfectly now!
