The father and son who loaded my items were very nice, seems to take pride in their work, and carefully loaded the moving truck. Then for the two following weeks (while I was calling daily asking for updates) I was given zero information about where my things were or when they would be delivered. The gentleman who dropped my things off, 14 days after they were originally picked up, said my things were loaded onto his truck in a parking lot of a truck stop because he happened to be going in the direction of the delivery. From the moment he opened the back of the truck I knew my things were damaged. As I opened the crushed, misshaped boxes, many of my things were broken. I asked for clarification about making claims for the broken items and was not provided any information.

These guys don’t play around!! Excellent moving crew, from the helpers to the drivers and O/Os to the dispatchers and OM. Executive Class is a super solid moving company. I’d rate it 6 stars if I could tbh.
