Knows all the laws and took care of my booking just fine. Did my taxes on paper in front of us and filed later in the week. When filed there was a huge error and we ended up getting back less then a third of what was figured.

Mary Ellen answered all of our questions over the phone. She does do my mom's taxes yearly. Very nice and personable. Her admin, Antoinette, is also very nice when you call. She always remembers my mom's name!
