“Where do I even begin! I researched good moving companies and this one is the place you are looking for!

First, the office administrator/coordinator Brittney is AMAZING! She worked with me for almost a month coordinating the best way for me to move things from two places to my new home with my fiancé! She communicates well, is very kind and down to earth, and makes sure that you are getting the best service. I changed things up until a few days before which was probably annoying but Brittney was optimistic and worked to make sure my best interests were met.

Second, the movers were kind and easy to talk with. They worked hard with our couch which proved to be harder than we expected but they got it done with no complaints.

Overall, it was worth what we paid for and will be using this company in the future!”

“Moving across the country is ordinarily a challenging process. U-Pack made it hassle-free. We called U-Pack, got a very reasonable quote (especially reasonable compared to competitors) and had a moving container delivered exactly when we needed it. The customer service was impeccable each time we communicated. Once dropped off, we had three days to pack it up and lock it and they took care of everything from there. They moved the unit from Ohio to MN and even stored it for us for a small fee until we could move in. They dropped the storage unit in front on our move day and had it picked up and out of the way the next day. Highly recommended!!!”

“Mostly good experiences all around. Moved from Florida to Ohio.Pack-Rat delivered and picked up container on scheduled dates. (If you need to schedule outside packers make sure you pay the extra for specific times and dates). Only a couple of glitches: on the day of pick-up, I was advised the ordered 8ft container wasn't available, so agreed to a 16ft one at no extra charge. This caused belongings to roll around in the unit and there was some damage to some very old kitchen chairs. Not their fault, though. Additionally, I had negotiated an all inclusive rate to match another carrier's quote but a fuel surcharge was included anyway and haven't succeeded in getting a refund. But, all in all, Pack-Rat was great and I would definitely use them again.”
