I can't remember their names but I received excellent customer service from the Manager and one of the employees.She helped me with returning my internet Box. And the man even found a box for me & packed it up! I highly appreciate them.after the horrible experience i had at the Verizon on ridge rd. Wish I would have came to this location first. 5 stars”
“I tried going to the Aaron's store close to my house on Lorain Rd. in Cleveland since I moved out of Parma Hts. Big mistake. The Aaron's in Parma was the best place to go and I have been their customer for many years. I'll drive the distance to come back to an amazing store with wonderful customer service and delivery.”
“I highly recommend the tech dept in the cell phone department. These guys -Dominic ,Nate,Kira helped me out with my cell. My cell stopped working after I had just paid the service for " Family Mobile" -- which I cant stand!! They helped in setting up my service with a new sim & everything.. These guys are WONDERFUL!!
