I arrived, and was greeted by Amy. She was patient and showed me several different mattresses. She explained which one was best for my needs. There was free delivery, but I needed set up and removal. Amy extended a $99.00 fee, to a $49.00 fee... I recommend Mattress Firm, Go See Amy!!

Jt did an amazing job showing me different mattresses and explaining the difference between them all. He was able to get me the best bottom line number for a mattress. I was very happy and left the store that day with a new mattress. I would recommend this store to anyone. Impeccable customer service!!

Super nice and clean, Harry was a great help and super nice while we were choosing a mattress. He helped us try many mattresses and gave us good insight on them and certain deals. We ended up getting a very comfy 12 inch Full bed!

Harry was our salesman. Poor man was multitasking bouncing back and forth from one customer to another with still maintained professionalism and accuracy. Harry sold us a Sealy Sleepy Foam mattress. This bed is so cozy and comfortable. Thank you for taking such good care of my husband and I.?

My husband and I went to Ashley and they were so pushy and did not make me feel comfortable as if we were just another number in the door. I decided to come to Mattress Firm in Parma. J.T took such good care of us and made sure we knew everything that we were getting and made sure we were happy with the mattress we were going to be taking home would be perfect for us.
