This was my preferred location to go to. I'm quickly changing my mind. Last few times I've visited ( different days, different times), there is 1 register open.
They do announce that customer service is open that only allows a maximum amount of items. On occasion, instead of standing in line behind an over flowing cart, I will head over. Usually no wait. But you pass the self checkout, which is literally right next to customer service. There are 3 or 4 employees standing there waiting to help with self check out. It makes no sense that customers are standing in long lines and 1 or 2 of those individuals cannot open another register.

Only come here if you have an hour+ to kill waiting in line. Also it smells terrible inside. Won’t be back.

I am going to have to say that this Marcs has the nicest employees. I love the girls in the deli, they are always so welcoming and that is like the worst job in my opinion, the cashiers are always delightful and friendly. The best part about the customer service at this marcs is the young man who picks up the carts...he is the sweetest kid ever. He will walk your cart to your car and put your groceries away, not expecting a tip. Sweetest guy ever. It's nice to see customer service like this. I am so happy to see customer service still means a lot for Marcs, especially since I know these workers are not making a ton. Thanks Parmatown Marcs.

God forbid you’re trying to do something good for the community. Definitely can’t count on this store to help! Do better Parma! Shop Middleburg Heights or Snow Rd Marc’s, better management.

Great prices on everything! Often better deals than even Aldi! Deli prices lowest around and bread. Soda pop pantry staples all great prices and high quality items and selection!
