Impossible to get ahold of, unprofessional. Irs said taxes were incomplete tried to contact for correction with no response had to knock on the door. My fiancée Thomas hired them, and we will not be using them again

Was supposed to be sent a important document a week ago when I finally got in contact with the lady at the office she laughed when I asked her if she stored my tax documents right?? highly unprofessional. My 2nd time using them this year they were very unorganized I had to send the same documents at least three times To Mary and then they messed up on my taxes at least two times that I caught and had to bring to there attention. Highly recommend someone else UPDATE! i apparently paid them to do nothing! still the same problems with my taxes that they said was done! still don’t recommend

Does not respond to emails in a timley manner, does not return phone calls and slow service is an understatement. Over promises-makes mistakes too often
