Ordered a men's turtleneck online that was on sale. I picked it up at the store. The items are on the 2nd floor, Kohl's sends an email with the slot number your item is in, labeled, bagged and stapled closed. Cool.

I had a Christmas gift from Amazon that I was returning and Kohl's is a drop off location. I do not shop at Kohl's. The holiday returns was located upstairs. The escalator wasn't far from the entrance. There was a sign near the escalators about an elevator being available, but I never saw it. Once upstairs the drop off location was halfway around the floor to the back. There was a pretty long line, at least 8 people in front of me, and at first the line was moving slowly, but eventually it started to move faster. While I was there, no workers spoke to me, asked if I needed help, said "hi," or anything. However, the cashier was polite and kind. I have no intention of shopping at Kohl's maybe just to return future items from Amazon.

It's organized and the staff is polite and friendly. When a new associate needs help the senior staff person is on the spot right away. I love the selection of clothes, appliances, and toys. I shop here every Chriatmas to get Kohl's cash.

I love shopping at Kohl's and it's even better when there are sales and the cashier's are helpful in helping you figure out where they can apply even more discounts.

Very disappointed. I needed a new coffee maker. Shelves empty. Stop almost looked like it was getting ready to shutdown. Empty shelves, very little stock throughout the store. Ended up going elsewhere.

I'm starting to love this store, but prices are so much higher than on Amazon. It's always clean. Cashiers are super friendly. Long lines at registers most days but this is because of their push for getting their credit card and taking extra time to fold items, wrap fragile items, and bag with care. I appreciate that.

I did advice to anyone to check out the Clearance section ! You can find Name brands with great prices that just keep getting lower as they Stay on the shelf. Plus with Kohl's Box You basically get paid for shopping !

This location had very few people working there. I couldn't find anyone to help in certain departments There was one woman at the customer service counter who is also handling Amazon returns. And this was 7:30 at night.
