I love kohls I have a kohls credit card the cashier Kayla at the Parma store told me how much I had In Kohls cash they are explaining it better now I know they are expensive but it’s worth the buy! With the kohls cash you can save money I can’t believe they have a credit kohls I wish it would’ve been the same now it’s different I can’t get my credit card cause I move when they sent me one I gotta prove it’s me! I still don’t have their credit card than I used to didn’t have a problem paying my card now I don’t have card so I have to call every month I hate this!! I like the old way but I guess who am I to say! I miss the old kohls when I can pay on the app now since I don’t have my kohl credit card I gotta jump through hoops to pay my bill I’m not satisfied I probably won’t shop here anymore cause it’s too much since the credit card company came!! So disappointed ☹️

Very few workers,folks standing in line to purchase and return and no help. Aisles are so full of stuff that you cannot fit a wheelchair...very anti wheelchair. Selection is poor and the store appears unorganized.

No matter the time or day there are lines backed up. Amazon process upstairs was a train wreck. Poor lady was operating Kohls returns, Amazon pickup and Amazon returns. Tons of unhappy customers. Not a recommended reliable choice for your Amazon drop offs or pickups or returns.

Purchased a Hallmark ornament. Chip and Dale with snowman for a gift. When putting up the tree, I was shocked to see the ornaments were missing. Seeing that I wondered why the clerk doesn't check boxes to make sure the correct contents are in the box. I trusted them to make sure I would receive the items I purchased.

I honestly do not shop at Kohl's. I just go for my Amazon returns. The location for the return is very inconvenient. Actually it's at the farthest point of the store when you walk in.

The clothing choices were fantastic to buy in the boys department for my Grandson. The checkout cashier was fantastic with me ending my time at Kohl's.

Almost every time I come here either the bathrooms or the elevator out of order, which makes it impossible to shop with children in a stroller. So inconvenient. I hate shopping here.
