Dr Chris is consistently extremely knowledgeable and very kind. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have taken our dogs there for years and it's always been a positive experience despite the outcome. They recently displayed 100% excellence in caring for our Golden retriever experiencing a life threatening emergency, and we will forever be grateful that they responded immediately to the back seat of our car without an appointment. She was seconds away from gone❤️

The staff at Kentown has been nothing but amazing! We have only had one negative experience, and it was with a lady with black lipstick, who I believe no longer works there. Everybody else has been so great, slow, and caring with our nervous/sensitive dog. They have also been extremely informative and were able to answer any question that I asked. I would recommend this vet over and over again!

Dr. Chris and the entire staff are truly incredible. Their genuine care for your furry family members is unparalleled, and their expertise is exceptional. In a challenging time when my dog's health was at stake, Dr. Chris provided invaluable support.Despite two previous veterinarians missing the diagnosis, Dr. Chris gave me the gift of more time with my beloved pet. While the disease inevitably ran its course, the correct diagnosis, prescribed medications, and treatment significantly improved his quality of life in his final months. We were not only more equipped to manage his condition, but we also gained a deeper understanding of what to expect.Dr. Chris's compassion shone through as he took the time to truly listen to our concerns, never dismissing them outright, and explored additional options. In a difficult journey, his dedication made a world of difference. I love this hospital. Dr. CHRIS is a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. Sofie and Patsy, my babies, love him. He cares a great deal about animals. The nurses and assistants are also VERY helpful and answer any questions I may have. I've been going to Kentown animal hospital for over 30+ years. You can trust good care for any of your animals.

Very friendly and caring vet. He squeezed my dog into his schedule on the same day to perform an ultrasound on him to make sure he didn't have any obstructions. I was so worried. Even though my dogs ultrasound showed some abnormalities, luckily no emergency surgery was needed. The medical assistants were friendly as well. Definitely recommend this place for your pets

Dr. Chris is super nice to the patients and their humans! All the staff there actually care for the pets they take care of! Love that they take care credit and offer coupons so be sure to sign up for the emails!

Our kiddos have varying degrees of feelings about the vet. Layla HATES them, Rocky LOVES them, Lori is in between. We switched to Kentown after our former vet was feeling too corporate and impersonal and couldn’t be happier. All receptionists and techs are wonderful, as is Dr. Chris. They’re so tolerant of Layla’s stranger danger, and when old man Rocky needs shots he gets head scratchies and sweet nothings whispered in his ear. Dr. Chris is so knowledgeable and informative and it’s clear he cares about your animals.
