Dee and Alisha are phenomenal, I called in to the office and there was misunderstanding and I came in with my contract and Dee got to the grit of it to make sure her and Alisha were on the same page of taking care of me and my car as their own. Also, Dee got to the root of my broken hood latch that was done during my oil change and makes sure the service department is accountable for their mishap and the lack of addressing the situation as I had called in initially and was spun like a top… They deserve a raise or gift cards and plaques because they are the hard to find employees with loyalty that are scarce these days… I guarantee they are longevity assets.
