The atm ate my money. And it’s 10:08 at night and no customer service is picking up and there is no way to email or message them and they won’t be open by Monday and I’m worried that they won’t do anything for the money that I lost. This is ridiculous. Other banks like key is 24 hours for reasons like this. I just want help and can’t get it

My husband and I have our personal accounts and our joint account with Huntington. He started a new job and needed his account and routing number to get his check direct deposited. We know that we can access this information through the app but his job wanted the documents from the bank. He went in January 13 about 45 minutes before they closed to get the information. He was routing if he had gotten paid and come to find out they didn’t put the correct routing number down on the document. It wasn’t his personal account nor our joint account number !! Now we have to wait for his paycheck because of someone else’s mistake. Yes we should have double checked it, but at the end of the day we expect to be able to get our information accurately the first time. Being a single income family that lives paycheck to paycheck like most other Americans, this really puts us in a bind! The guy that helped us today was apologetic and thorough to ensure that we got the correct information. At this point this is for our records. We don’t know if this was because of the other tellers negligence or for other reasons. When I said that I wanted to report this person, we were told that they no longer work at that branch. I hope this finds the right person because that teller does not need to be a teller at all !

Slowest location around. Three tellers and the rest of the office is doing nothing while the line is practically out the door. Also no parking whatsoever

Close too early. Don't stay open til 6pm on Fridays anymore. Not likely they will as average Joes don't seem to be the parent company's target audience anymore. ?

Avoid this branch if you can!They used to have branches in every Giant Eagle, which was extremely convenient. First they reduced hours, then closed all GE branches, and now this one is the only one left in the Parma area. Every time I come here I end up waiting 20-30 in line to see a teller! Drive-thru is worse, especially if there are any cars in line already. Like another reviewer mentioned, DT tellers don't acknowledge you or respond right away. Open more branches, or I'm switching to Citizen Bank - they have branches on every major road in Parma.
