Crooks. Absolute crooks. Zero stars.
Came in on Saturday with all my forms, they quoted me around $200 to do my taxes.. which I thought was rather high since they advertise $80 for basic taxes.
They guaranteed that they would have it done by Tax Day (2 days away from this point) that I do not have to file for an extension and I have nothing to worry about.
They said they would call either later that day or Sunday. I did not receive a call. I called back Monday (tax day), left a voice mail, and did not hear back. I finally called again and they said they had no record of me ever going to them.
Keep in mind, they have all my personal information and original W-2s in a file with my name and contact information. I am livid at this point. The man we had the in-person appointment with 2 days before acted like he has never heard of us over the phone.
Taxes are due today (April 15) and I finally got a voicemail from the woman who I was told would be doing our taxes, and she said in order for her to do them, it would cost us $800. EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS.
Just picked up my paperwork, walked out the door and filed for an extension. Unbelievable.

Called twice no answer, drove up there and no one even bothered to acknowledge that I was standing at the counter for over 11 mins. They all were probably helping a customer or on the phone but also someone could have said hello or we’re too busy to help you, can you come back. That easy.

They over charged me last yr. Big time ripoff. Especially, mistakes getting more from state and city. I found a place only 120 instead of 340.! Shop around. Trust me

Lois was the BEST. Foreign taxes and all the US federal/state taxes filed and double checked in under 30 minutes, including some troubleshooting between forms. 10/10 would come back again.
