They did a hearing test gave me the results and unfortunately with my type of hearing loss are unable to help me. But not their fault. They were very nice to me and explained things so that I could understand them. The Dr. WAS very nice. I would certainly recommend Hearing Life to anyone with a hearing problem.

The audiologist was very friendly and explained everything well. I didn't like filling out so much paperwork, though.

There’s nothing like being able to hear clearly and engage in conversations; without having to read lips or have someone repeat what they said to me 3 - 4 times before understanding.Even better, I have an Awesome Audiologist who cares. Dr. Motter is great. She actually cares!!! I referred my dad. So far, we both are very pleased with our hearing aids and the services provided by Dr. Motter and her team!!!

I always have a good experience when I go to see Dr Motter. Not only am I lucky to have found such a good doctor you are just as lucky to have such a great person working for you. I sent one of my friends who lives an hour away from Parma to get hearing aids from Dr Motter and he is just as pleased as I am.

Outstanding staff. Team is excellent. Had a crack in my hearing aid. Went in got it cleaned. Called me within two weeks replacement was ready at no charge.
