This location seems centrally located for many communities. If you go by bike, there's a bike rack right next to it, which is convenient for me. If you have an EV, there's a charging station as well, but I don't know any details about the use of it”

“The best DG, I have been to yet. They try to keep the store stocked. Employees are very friendly & helpful. Store is organized. Most of the prices are correct & if not they will correct them at the register. It's a shame you have to travel over 30mins to get good customer service. Most of the other stores are trashed with no products.”

“I have to thank the entire Giant Eagle staff. During the Coronavirus pandemic they have all worked hard to keep the shelves stocked. They adjusted hours to allow elderly to come shop earlier and the folks at the checkout are very friendly. I was able to get almost everything on my list. Giant Eagle is typically more expensive than some other stores but do have some pretty good sales. For the convenience I'll pay a little extra but I get my rewards and save a ton too. I am happy to have such a great grocer so dedicated to serving people locally. Thank you for keeping the shelves stocked during this time.”

“In Berea. Small, but EXCELLENT STAFF!! Limited selection of veggies.Berenger wine purchased on sale had a reason: dry cork. ?WILL shop here again due to EXCELLENT STAFF &, deals on meats & fish!rest rooms waaay better than Walmart, or most places!!! but take usual accouterments: hand wipes, kleenex, teeny Lysol...No exhaust fan.”

“I am going to have to say that this Marcs has the nicest employees. I love the girls in the deli, they are always so welcoming and that is like the worst job in my opinion, the cashiers are always delightful and friendly. The best part about the customer service at this marcs is the young man who picks up the carts...he is the sweetest kid ever. He will walk your cart to your car and put your groceries away, not expecting a tip. Sweetest guy ever. It's nice to see customer service like this. I am so happy to see customer service still means a lot for Marcs, especially since I know these workers are not making a ton. Thanks Parmatown Marcs.”

Open registers give people JOBS! ? some people still like going to check outs w/ppl at them! ❤️Get to the register before 10:30pm bcz they close up the one with the human at it!!!Don't have to go to the bathroom unless you take Lysol spray and kleenex.[6/3/20 During covFound out just now what's wrong after speaking w/, corporate Customer Service, in Guatamala.He was able to look at the computers and tell me what's really going on at this store.They've closed it due to all the violence and rioting for fear of losing their inventory and store.They've also closed the one on Brookpark Road.He told me they MAY or May not reopen it, depending on the situation.]7/26/22 ❤Now open until 11pm!! May never see 24-7 again, though. ”

“I was not a big Target guy with some of the recent questionable clothing lines, but they did right that, IMO. Went their for the cell phone plans and met DeShaun in electronics! He knew in detail the specific pros/cons to each plan I was stunned cause my wife won't shop w me as I ask many questions, but DeShawn is able to give the details! Was well worth my time. Other staff (Dennis) were v. helpful. The store is busy for a reason, I will visit again.”
