“Bakery and deli counter worth the visit . Also the beer/wine section great and has good selection of non-alcoholic wines/beers also! Would have given them a 5 except the great deals (price wise) they have, often have expiration dates that are too near the current date.”

“I’m not sure what all the negativity and complaints are about. I’ve been to this store several times and I’ve never had a problem. I’m not talking for a few things either, but around $100 or so. I have always been able to find everything and I have always had good customer service. If it is really that bad at this store for some, maybe you should stop whining and go somewhere else. No one is forced to come in here against your will. Life is full of choices, including the choice to come here and shop or choose not to.
I can’t stand when people complain about a place so bad, but keep coming back. Clearly it’s not changing to your liking so go elsewhere. If I go in somewhere and don’t like it, I don’t go back. Then if I do choose to go back, well that’s my choice and own fault.”

“The best DG, I have been to yet. They try to keep the store stocked. Employees are very friendly & helpful. Store is organized. Most of the prices are correct & if not they will correct them at the register. It's a shame you have to travel over 30mins to get good customer service. Most of the other stores are trashed with no products.”
“Always friendly people inside and very clean. I enjoy their carryout service alot. Very convenient. Plus u still get the sale prices.***** I now have been using curbside and delivery from our local GE many many times. I can't even compare it to any other grocery service cause GE goes out of their way to find all the products u need. Everyone on their team are so friendly and helpful. A++++ from me.”

“Always clean. Great meats, produce, deli and friendly staff. Self checkout always works well and I've never gone and come out disappointed from low inventory or bad produce. Excellent grocer, ample parking. Curbside pickup employees are pleasant and handle things with care while You stay in your car if you use the app and order everything ahead. They offer substitution options, and get pickup orders ready fast.”
“I highly recommend the tech dept in the cell phone department. These guys -Dominic ,Nate,Kira helped me out with my cell. My cell stopped working after I had just paid the service for " Family Mobile" -- which I cant stand!! They helped in setting up my service with a new sim & everything.. These guys are WONDERFUL!! They seem to belong to"ISL". Independent company.”
“I am going to have to say that this Marcs has the nicest employees. I love the girls in the deli, they are always so welcoming and that is like the worst job in my opinion, the cashiers are always delightful and friendly. The best part about the customer service at this marcs is the young man who picks up the carts...he is the sweetest kid ever. He will walk your cart to your car and put your groceries away, not expecting a tip. Sweetest guy ever. It's nice to see customer service like this. I am so happy to see customer service still means a lot for Marcs, especially since I know these workers are not making a ton. Thanks Parmatown Marcs.”
“This particular Marc's location has greatly improved in the past year or so.Shelves are generally well stocked. Overall upkeep is reasonably decent. Lines usually not too bad.”

“I was not a big Target guy with some of the recent questionable clothing lines, but they did right that, IMO. Went their for the cell phone plans and met DeShaun in electronics! He knew in detail the specific pros/cons to each plan I was stunned cause my wife won't shop w me as I ask many questions, but DeShawn is able to give the details! Was well worth my time. Other staff (Dennis) were v. helpful. The store is busy for a reason, I will visit again.”

Open registers give people JOBS! ? some people still like going to check outs w/ppl at them! ❤️Get to the register before 10:30pm bcz they close up the one with the human at it!!!Don't have to go to the bathroom unless you take Lysol spray and kleenex.[6/3/20 During covFound out just now what's wrong after speaking w/, corporate Customer Service, in Guatamala.He was able to look at the computers and tell me what's really going on at this store.They've closed it due to all the violence and rioting for fear of losing their inventory and store.They've also closed the one on Brookpark Road.He told me they MAY or May not reopen it, depending on the situation.]7/26/22 ❤Now open until 11pm!! “I love shopping at Aldi's, you save money compared to the regular grocery stores. The only thing I hate about Aldi's.... Forcing shoppers to use self checkout by only have one cashier working. If I want to do all that extra work as a senior citizen, to checkout my own groceries,,,I might as well just shop online and do pickup at Walmart. I am not your employee, this is not how to keep customers happy,”
