Went there to get a *trim*, even gave a reference pic (of myself from my previous haircut that was done at this same place…) different person did it this time; older, mismatched highlights, glasses, anyways she entirely ignored part of my reference cutting the back entirely to my head despite the reference pic showing my hair on the back still being long + literally confirming a length and then cutting inches past it. Got the length of the front decently, however due to the lack of doing what was asked it just looks wonky altogether now so… thanks for that i guess. Normally I’m fond of this location but literally this was terrible. She just made me look like a little boy. Will not be choosing this location again, it’s really not hard to follow a reference pic, or at the very least actually cut to the length you said.

Went today to get my hair cut. Extremely pleased and satisfied with your hairstylist Named Isa who cut my hair. I finally found someone who can actually cut my hair correctly. The best Great Clips! They really know what to do with my hair and it always looks great. They never complain and they always take their time and are very careful about cutting it. A note, however: this place is always VERY busy so it’s highly recommended to sign in online ahead of time or the wait it over an hour! Otherwise, it’s great and worth the drive.Service: Haircut

my husband checked it online and he got a time and then he kept being put back and put back. He went in a lady walked in behind him, and she was taken before he was. He was told that they don't use the online check-in any longer. They only did it during Covid. Why do they let you check in when they don't under that time very unprofessional.

I always have great service, and everyone is so nice and friendly. I will go back for my next hair cut there, but I had the worst hair cut. Blending was bad that the girl had to have the other girl finsih the job.Service: Haircut
