I walk in looking for an oculus meta quest 2, and the guy says “we don’t have the meta quest 2” ironically, the website says they have them, and there is a box in the store that says “meta quest 2”… that’s interesting-?

Never met a manager or an employee that did not want to be at work. More concerned with spending time with friends rather than assisting. Employee seemed to lack basic customer service. I would not recommend as the employee seemed to be the manager of this GameStop.

One of the employees I spoke with yesterday was polite to me, but the first one was extremely rude and dismissive. He just walked away abruptly after rudely declaring there was nothing he could do to help me; that I just needed the online team. But he didn't let me even finish my question. If he would have just let me finish talking then he definitely could have. I didn't need the online team. I figured it out and came back and the guy who was in there at that time was very nice, which is why I didn't give 1 star. I will not be returning, however. It's easier to just buy digital copies online, anyway.

This game stop was my son and I last one trying to find a particular zombie game he wanted. This one finally had the game and the Travis was awesome. I had to call back today because of an issue. He remembered me and was so nice, one again, and very friendly!

Appreciate GameStop at any location that I'm at, however I felt like this location at Steelyard in Cleveland was out of a lot of products that I was personally looking for. But then from what I heard a lot of GameStops were out of PlayStation 4 controllers and consoles last week which is what I was looking for at that time. All in all not a bad game stop but nothing out of the ordinary, plus they were out of a lot of merchandise that I was asking for.

I went in to buy a game, the price on the gamestop website was half the price of the store price. When we asked the smug worker, he told us we have to belong to the pro-member ship in order to be price matched. What a total and complete joke this store is id give -1 star if I could. Hoping they go under with that type of service. I'll never go again just.order from the website and save the money.

NEVER PRE ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!Horrible experience where no one knew any answers of where or when I would get it. Just a bunch of I don't know and an employee told me they were in transit and now come to find out they never were. You and your employees are pitiful!
