“Had an old Sansui tape deck that wouldn't eject on either side. I called him and brought it in. He gave me an estimate date for repairs. As he had to order parts from overseas, it took a little over a month. He called to tell me it was fixed. When I went to get it, he plugged it in to show everything was correctly functioning again and the price for repairs was reasonable. Highly recommend!! I honestly don't understand all the negative reviews about his rudeness or demeanor. He was polite and professional to me the numerous times I spoke to him.Update: My Technics Amplifier went out and he fixed it up and it works great!! Will always come to him in the future!”
“One of the few places I could even get somebody to come out and take a look at my dryer that suddenly stopped heating up... Spent $120 to tell me my 8-year-old Samsung dryer was shot. Don't make them like they used to! Gentleman was polite, knowledgeable, and courteous.”
