The most terrible store, never recommend to anyone!!!!They do not return defective pants due to the absence of a receipt.But the payment was through the card and I provided absolutely all information about my purchase

Employees at the shoe dept were helpful. That's the only positive. The prices were noticeably way higher than 3 months ago.Don't even gently punch the punching bag. The employee said it's dangerous. The store was nearly empty. It was a full metal frame heavy duty setup. Why else is the demo bag out and fully set up away from everything else?It's a shame because I was excited to get this equipment.

Horrible customer service! The employees treat you as if you're a bother. They are not knowledgeable with directions or inventory. The website does not reflect accurate in-stock inventory. The employees will have you aimlessly running around the store to find products that are out of stock. This seems to be a running theme in both North Olmsted and Parma locations. I much prefer ordering online.

This is a huge sporting goods store that sells: clothes, team apparel, shoes, balls for every sport, kayaks, fishing gear, camping gear and much more. They have a wide selection of items. The employees are polite and helpful. The store is well organized and well lit.

An item was listed as being available online and so we purchased it online for in-store pickup. Drove 20 minutes across town to pick them up and then was alerted as we arrived at. The item was not in stock. Not only did we waste our time in our drive, but the store doesn't sell this item at all in the first place and now there's a $200 charge on our credit card that we must wait to have come off. Terrible way of doing business.

The service at this location is hit or miss. If you know what you need and don’t have any questions you can get in and out of the store quickly.If you have questions, need help finding something or just want to try on shoes you’re going to end up frustrated.Help is great once you find someone. This location isn’t as chaotic and packed as others and very quick checkout lines.
