Customer service was very good. I felt the store was messy. I've only been in there twice store closed by my house. It might need a face lift to cheer it up.

I came to this location to order photo mugs. I received the email that they were ready. I went into the location to pick up my purchase. It was not ready and the employees seem too aggravated to deal with me. I was originally told that they take 8 minutes I waited at this location for over 20 and still didn't leave with everything I ordered.

Needed a specific medication that CVS had to determine if they had availability. Was put on hold for several minutes and was hung up on 4 different times. Finally got one of the techs to give an answer after 1/2 hour of waiting, and she gave my us attitude! After all of this they couldn’t fulfill the prescription, and had to wait till after the holiday and weekend to call my doctor (started this process at 3:30, they closed at 4). Not worth this customer service with Walgreens 5 minutes down the road.

Great location, great staff. Just one issue. Hopefully you don't come across the purple hair lady. She is rude and nasty and doesn't belong in customer service.

I have had the BEST experience with Husam. I have been through it with the multiple phone calls and trying to switch my husband’s prescriptions over from Walgreens. Husam really went over and beyond assisting me and making sure I was taken care of! Thank you so so much!!!

The cashier on St Patrick's day gave exceptional customer service!! So personable and professional, helped me with the scented Easter peeps stuff animal that was buy 2 get 1 free. Took the time to help. I've been to this CVS twice and definitely will return to shop!! Also, I love how that CVS has Eclipse shirts for sale there. Thanks so much!!

Collectively, this location employs the most incompetent pharmacists in the industry. The entire staff here as a whole are rude, lazy, and aggressive in nature. I never quite witnessed a group of customer service workers collude in a way to instigate and escalate
confrontations with their customers. The atmosphere at this pharmacy is toxic, and it can easily be witnessed with just a brief visit. Check it out for yourself.. good times ?

Horrible customer service! From the beginning everyone there lied and was rude to no end! Allowed to screw over customers with no consequences. The day before the prescription was due, 4 calls were made to verify the medication was ordered and was hung up on 4 times. If that is good customer service, there is something wrong with CVS's code of conduct. I would never fill another prescription there, unless you like being lied to!
