It somehow just keeps getting worse. I don't know how a company manages to be so bad and expand so much, but here we are. Wrong refills, failed refills, incorrect prescription directions on labels, understaffed, overworked, and multiple daily phone calls for a medication that doesn't match a birthdate for anyone in our family.

Please update your pharmacy hours online, lousy to pull up to the window only to find it closed with new hours listed that are not accurate online.

A year later forgot my experience and stopped here for prescriptions - I just so happen to be in EXTREME pain and REALLY needed one of my meds ordered today after extractions. No one ever came to the window. I had to drive to another CVS , no one ever even acknowledged that I was sitting waiting. I will NEVER return here !

Extremely lazy pharmacy. They needed approval from my doctor to fill a prescription and didn’t call the doctor or notify me that was an issue. I go to Walgreens and pay extra. I will never get a prescription from this cvs again.

I'd give 0 if I could. I cannot get my medication in the month I am
SUPPOSED to get it. Which is bad because I'm supposed to get it every 23 days.
I CANT EVEN TAKE MY MEDICINE AS PERSCIRBED BECAUSE THE PEOPLE HERE ARE INCOMPETENT. MONTH AFTER MONTH AFTER MONTH! IM FED UP AND GOING TO ANOTHER PHARMACY THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PHARMACY ON EARTH

awful service there was no workers in the store I had to request help twice no one came then I had to go to the pharmacy and they had to Paige someone and it still took him another 10 minutes to come to the register and the store was completely empty so he wasn’t even assisting anyone I was literally in the store for 20 minutes just waiting and still no one came if I could give zero stars I would and to add on top of that when came he had a horrible attitude

This is the absolute worst cvs pharmacy in the parma area. Everytime I call im put on hold for over 10min. Half the time they can't find my medication when it's right there in the system. Currently sitting in line attempting to get my meds been here now for 20min with same car at the window. These people do not have a clue.

Had a lovely experience at the Minute Clinic with nurse Barb! She was so friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease when getting my last dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine. Overall a great experience and the online checkin made the entire appointment much quicker and smoother.
