Have you ever seen a party center that is the equivalent of a county prison? Well now you have, these are five reasons why this place is horrible. The food reminded me of the entrails of a dead animal. First they serve horrible chicken nuggets and fries that have gray spots and with this they also had ketchup already on it, it was absolutely horrendous it had a bitter taste to it. Second they served weird meat pies that had gray meat inside and the bread was seen as horrible by others. They also put garnish inside of the food with liquefied sauce that was like water and had some abnormal seeds placed inside of it. The pizza was absolutely burnt with spots with no cheese or even tomato sauce on it. The plates also looked as if some stupefying abomination had taken a bit out of the plate so they could serve us not as much food as we were told we would get. And they had no security on this place as a hoodlum had walked straight into the party center without even being invited into the party and looked around and stood there for a few seconds looking at the people and then walked out of the building. Another point about this party center is the service, first the service did not answer any questions we had about the place or food. Then, when one of the waiters (which looked like she was being held hostage)
looked at the colored boys at our table and immediately turned away and walked to another table. To conclude my paragraph about Crystal Party Center the bathrooms were also horrid there were broken stall doors and there were chairs in front of all of the toilets and the locks were not good enough because there were children banging on the door the whole time. If you have a bad business, why would you have a business at all.
P.S. Why was there a crying angel statue right next to the bathroom???? WHY!?!?!?!??!

they catered our wedding, some dishes were spoiled, some guests felt very bad, I do not recommend taking this restaurant, unfortunately it ruined our holiday, there were many complaints!

They catered a wedding that we attended to last night, the kebabs they served literally tasted like it was spoiled. The meat had a rancid aftertaste and smell. Took a bite and spit it out. The salad olevye also tasted sour. It’s not supposed to be sour. Other guests complained as well, some even having upset stomachs after eating the food.luckily I spit everything out, only drank their diluted coffee. Food heath and safety department should give them an inspection. Avoid these folks if you plan to cater your wedding. find some Ukrainians that can actually cook quality food.

Katerina did an excellent job offering a varied menu so we didn't have to worry about high prices. We were offered to make a photo zone and all the sweets right in the restaurant, which was also convenient since we booked the room 4 days before

My event was hosted by Olga and it was a wonderful experience! For a children’s birthday party, they made our work easier and called the children’s animators themselves. They offered an affordable children’s menu and helped with the decoration of the hall. Thank you very much for all help and work!

Overbooked and decided to cancel on us three days before the party that was supposed to fit 200+ people. Man was very unprofessional, smelled like battery acid and has no fashion sense.

Will cancel on you if you book 2 months in advance. The owner has no personal hygiene and smells awful…. Do not book here otherwise you will lose the deposit and have to search for a new hall to book 2 days before your event

So unprofessional, we booked that hall 5 months in advance, paid him in full and everything then 3 days before my party he texts us saying he’s canceling our booking then doesn’t respond to us. It was a party for 200 people and he completely ruined my birthday. Just Terrible I wouldn’t wish this on anyone

We were told that this place was nice and inexpensive, so we decided to check them out and get a look at the place before committing. I think it’s under new ownership/management because we attempted to get in touch with them during business hours and on the weekend twice left voicemails finally He calls back says,” we can come anytime in the morning on Sunday” Then Sunday, we called just to make sure( around 9:45am) and he said come after 12pm. Very unprofessional. You say a time commit to it. Bad vibes, bad business. I wouldn’t recommend renting here.
