This is a five start review for John! He is an A1 professional! Respectful and efficient! Cox 800 customer service line was a waste of time for my new setup. John got me squared away and with internet within 15 mins. He deserves some extra PTO!

I can not say enough good words about DeSean at this store. He is so nice and so generous with me. Give this man a raise because he knows how to help customers! He's helped me several times and can't thank him enough!
