Great place! Came in to have new tires put on wheels and balanced( already off vehicle). Very nice group of guys. Had them ready way before they said it would be. Clean shop, professional, they helped me unload new tires and old wheels without a wait. Can't say enough how great these guys were.

Don't know what happened when Conrad's moved to this new location, but it is not the same. Had been going to Conrad's for tire service since the 90's and today's experience was not the same. Needless to say, I will be looking for a different place for my tire service needs. And before or if the company responds to this post, it's not the response to my immediate issue I had a problem with... it's the person I dealt with and his lack of the customer service I know Conrad's used to have. Very disappointing.

Not from the area and needed a new valve stem installed on a trailer tire before our hr drive home. Called another shop and they couldn't help us. We Called Conrads and they got us in right away and we were out of there in less than 15 min.
The cherry on top was it was free of charge. Thanks for saving the day!

The service at Conrad's is exceptional. We had made an apt for Saturday and dropped off our car Friday evening & a service associate came out and took care of the tire pressure icon on the dashboard that needed to be reset right then and there! We didn't expect that!

My wife recently had brake and transmission work performed on her vehicle, and now all of a sudden, the car lunges forward when coming to a stop. She took it back, and they were able to troubleshoot the issue and correct the problem.

Check engine light came on for the first time since purchasing the vehicle 5 years ago immediately after having an oil sensor replaced. Ran the code, faulty knock sensor connection. Took it back the next day, they said the code wasnt related to the work they did and tried to charge me another diagnostic fee. This shop does not stand behind their work and should be avoided.

Terrible customer service. Patronized my wife and I like we were children after they made a mistake. I’ve been going to Conrad’s for years, not anymore.

We broke down and we had to get the van back to the shop to see what was wrong with it but it broke down again and it had to be towed back to the Conrad's where we took it back then we still have not received the van back. They are trying to figure out what is wrong with the van.
