We have a 2020 Honda Odyssey. We needed a new battery. Instead of installing an AGM battery, which is what the manufacturer specified, they installed a flooded battery. Battery did not last a year, and almost caused additional problems. We took the same vehicle in for a clunking sound in the front. It was clearly a strut. The staff insisted they couldn’t hear the clunk and that nothing was wrong. We took it to the dealer and……. Wait for it…….. they had to replace the strut. Clunking sound gone. We have trusted Conrad’s for years, but will likely never go there again.

This is the only Conrad's I trust to just get the oil changed and send you on your way. Professional and courteous employees. If you accidentally book the one further down snow just reschedule. That location sucks.

Don't bother using this conrads. Service is terrible. Made an oil change appointment for 8am, it's 3pm and my vehicle is still not finished. The worse part is I called at 12 and the said they were 80% done with the work. So I got a ride up to the shop and have been waiting ever since. What's the point of making an appointment? The lakewood location has the same issues.

Beware they try to sell you services you don’t need took our vehicle for an oil change they said it needed brake pads we took it to another reputable service center and they said the rear pads were practically new and the front had at least 70%

Great experience for a first visit, new tires oil change and struts.... Got a pretty good quote for a "commerical" place, and agreed... Showed up car ran great and was over 250$ less than quote, found that right strut was fine. Thanks for the honesty, Tom has earned a repeat customer!

At first I just needed a wheel alignment after replacing my outer tie rods. During video inspection they discover an issue with my CVS axle on the passenger side. I had been hearing a clunking sound. So I soon returned a week later to have the axle replaced, only to find out that my Rack and pinion was shot, and that was the major issue that was causing troubles and the clunking. So the job changed from the axle ( which just has a small tear but not throwing grease) to the Rack and Pinion, and they not only did Tyrone worked with me, He gave me a great price on the job. As this was basically a walk in I was happy they were able to fit me in, and after the visual and discovery they arranged a ride home for me, and later called me to let me know They wouldn't be able to finish that night but in the morning. I was perfectly fine with this news as I said it was a walk in and they were very helpful. And when I called the next day they had it waiting for me to pick up.
And now my car drives smoother and without the clunking. Now just have to save up to do the axle and get a few more things done.

Made a reservation the day before and dropped my car off at 9AM. Just needed an oil change. Worker asked what time I needed it done by and I said 3. Waited until 4 to pick my car up and the desk worker said they had not even started it yet. Why take any appointments at this point? Most frustrating part is the store closes at 5, when did they plan on even getting to my oil change? The last hour of the day? Or was it just not going to get done?

Most of my experiences have been good. They try to up-sell as any place would but don't push to much and seem to not recommend completely unnecessary services.

Quoted $250 to replace front headlight on Kia Forte, $148.50 labor and $89.87 for headlight because “the headlight was in a difficult location to remove.” Went to Shymskes on State Road in Parma, $32.00 total labor and headlight total. Confirmed headlight was easy to remove and replace in less than 20 minutes. Shameful.

I stopped to have my vehicles battery checked because I suspected a problem. After a long wait for over an hour I was informed that my battery was indeed defective and needed replacement. I was further informed that I would have to leave my vehicle overnight because there was no suitable replacement in stock. This was unacceptable. After being charged $40 for the battery check I went to a nearby AutoZone. My battery was checked immediately for free and replaced with cheaper one then the previous quoted for Conrads. The entire process literally to a few minutes. I doubt I'll ever do business with Conrads every again

They fooled people...,I made appointment for oil change, I was waiting 4 hours, and told me they're not doing anything because they so busy, and if I want to do that job done I can come same day at 5pm,and they'll doing for me, no charges.Ok I come back was waiting again 1hour , and seems they finally did, but in about 1000miles, I have light in car that says OIL LIFE 15%, BUT STICKERS THEY PUT ON MY WINDSHIELD SAYS TOTALY DIFFERENT, probably just put a new sticker don't do anything ?

My skid plate came loose suddenly, so I stopped in to the closest place to see if I could have it refastened or removed entirely. The receptionist seemed reluctant to help me out because they were closing within the hour. One of the mechanics walked by and said it would cost about $80+. I said no thanks and drove a little further to an auto repair shop that fixed it within 15 minutes for $20. What a joke.
