I just left from the dealership. Excellent customer service from everyone that I spoke w/. Made me feel at home, worked w/ my situation, & accommodated my concerns. I feel I've made the right decision & the future will tell. Happy/anxious to get back on the road. Thank you guys soo much. Will recommend.*UPDATE* My 2014 Ford Fusion is still going strong! Thank you again.

I went in Express Auto about a week ago with my dad looking for a car. I was at the point of giving up on car searching but Chuck & Tommy worked with me! They were able to get me in a Hyundai Tucson with no hassle. The car passes the E-Check with no problems on the first try too. This staff was so friendly and outgoing, I HIGHLY recommend anybody looking to finance or buy here pay here to come here!

Bought a vehicle over a year ago. It had been wrecked and repaired. It was far less expensive than similar cars of same year/mileage.It isn't perfect, but you gotta know what you are buying.They answered all my questions and showed before and after photos.If you don't ask questions about your purchase then discover informative at a later date, is it the dealer fault? Short answer: no.I'm not saying everything was perfect, an O2 sensor went bad within 100 miles of purchase but I slapped it in for less than $50. One rim had a slight wobble (probably a pothole or from accident) so I bought new for $200.Its been fine ever since, just regular maintenence stuff.TLDR: ASK QUESTIONS, LOOK UP VIN, WEIGH COST VS. CONDITION

What can I say? You get what you pay for!I had been looking for a newer model Infinity QX60 and finally saw one online at Cleveland Auto Mall that was about 2k cheaper than I could find most other places. I am from Columbus and my wife's family from Cleveland so when we headed that way for the Thanksgiving holiday the opportunity presented itself to check out the vehicle. Immediately when I got there I was skeptical because there were a lot of older cars, junk and scrap as well. In fact, the car I purchased is the most expensive I have seen them advertise. When I was about to leave I was approached and I said that I was looking for a particular vehicle but don't see it and he said that the nice cars are in the garage area and took me to it. I thought I had potentially found a diamond in the rough as the car appeared to be in good condition and the salesman said that it was a former rental. I test drove it and the cabin seemed a little loud on the highway but the area was not great and the roads around were raggedy. I mentioned that it seems nice but was a little loud but sounded better on the smoother streets. I asked if there is anything known that is wrong with it? The salesman said no, he said there was just a little touch up paint and pointed to the rear passenger side panel. I looked and didn't see anything too noticable. I did say that the rear lift gate was opening but not closing on it's own. The salesman said that would be able to be fixed by factory warranty.Flash forward. I go to Infinity dealership to get the liftgate fixed. They tell me that the sensor was broken and tucked away in the door, there is a very slight crack in the rear brake lights, the rear glass on that side had been replaced (remember the cabin noise I was referring to) and the quarter panel wasn't quite right. In other words, ithit been in an accident that was NOT DISCLOSED and I was quoted a couple grand just for the brake assembly and lift gate fix not to mention redoing the quarter panel correctly if I want go do that. I called Cleveland Auto Mall after they ignored my emails and finally got in touch with them. They brushed it off saying that I could resell the vehicle if I am not satisfied, not offering any real solution. After a second call, they sent paperwork and my signature appears to be forged. I advised this when it was sent and did not get a response.I would have been much better off just springing for the extra few grand and avoiding these issues and the extremely shady business dealings of this place. If you buy from here just know that you are getting vehicles that have a history that could end up costing you more once everything is uncovered.

Bought a vehicle and paid more than the advertised price. They did some hack repairs on it they lie and are shady. Don’t buy from here . Pay a little more somewhere else and have peace of mind.

My experience was actually phenomenal. They helped my get my first car and they were so nice and honest. My car turned out to only need a couple fixes, such a steal.Definitely buy here, just ask every possible question you may have, they will answer everything truthfully.

We bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 from here almost a year ago. The truck had some issues that they addressed immediately. We took the truck home, it ran fine. About 4 weeks later it started having issues with the AC. We brought it back and they figured out and fixed the problem no questions asked. We were treated very well by everyone and extremely happy with our purchase. The staff here went above and beyond when they didn’t have to.

Very sketchy people. False advertisement and don’t give you any clear information about the car. Came to their lot to buy used car the guy said we guarantee all the cars once I asked to see the carfax he said we sell the cars as it is and tried to rush me into buying it to the point where I felt I needed to leave. BE AWARE
