****ZERO STARS**** I needed to remove cash from my account and drove through the ATM at this location. BIG MISTAKE! I tried to remove $180 from my account and the machine stated I had insufficient funds. I knew that I had the funds in my account so, I tried again. I received the same error message. I opened my app only to see that the $180 was in fact removed my account. I think no worries, they can see on camera that the money did not come out. I go into the bank and I'm treated like a criminal. No one helped me instead they called the 1-800 customer service number located on the back of the debit card. They had me file a claim instead of watching cameras and handling the situation inside of the branch. A temporary credit was issued to my account in the amount of $180 while an investigation was conducted. So I think, great! They'll review the cameras and SEE that I did not receive any cash from the ATM. WRONG! Today the money was removed from my account again. I called the claims department no help, they tell me I need to go to the branch and talk to a manager. I tried to do that immediately after it happened and again, was treated like a criminal in my own bank. Back to where we started. I called the bank to talk to a manager and try to resolve the situation. The manager tells me that the camera only shows faces and the machine is not even managed by them. What's the purpose of having a camera?! It's a Chase ATM on Chase property, why would it not be managed by Chase?! Someone help, please!!!

Today Satedra Beasley helped me out and it was probably the best experience I’ve had at a bank. She was so lovely and warm and went above and beyond in being helpful. She has a great personality for customer service and I hope she’s there the next time I visit! 10 stars.

I had a huge ordeal happen with the claims department with Chase. I finally was able to sit down with Charles Schroeder at the Parma chase location and he was nothing but patient, helpful, and listened to everything I had to say. I was really frustrated because I’ve been dealing with this since July and Charles was able to fix it within two hours. I am very thankful for him fixing this for me!

It’s frustrating because their ATM is broke all the time. I’m considering getting a different bank hoping that their ATM works better. I don’t understand.

Friday Septemeber 16. I asked them for a simple bank statement with my new address. Counter woman printed a stack of paper with useless information with old address, although she confirmed my new address. I called them about it and person speaking constantly interrupts you while speaking and won't admit her employees couldn't complete a simple request. She also said that the statement won't appear with the new address and her employees gave me the right papers. I go and look it up myself and lo and behold I found the statements with the new address and I sent them to myself. Just an inept workforce working at this branch and they wasted my time completely. If you want anything done right get it done yourself. I will be changing banks asap.
