He sold me the battery, set up an appointment for a week later, no hang-ups or hold-ups. All went smooth and according to schedule. The installer, Jared, who I believe is also a “hybrid Specialist” came out to my place, which was several hours for him. He had everything he needed. He was prompt, polite, informative, patient and above all, respectful. A very, very nice young man. The job was quick, easy, and I learned a few things along the way, all while plying 20 questions with Jared, who didn’t even blink. He took it all in stride and made this a 5+STAR experience for my wife and myself!!!! That job honestly could not have gone smoother. I have the highest praise for Jared.
