Terrible, I came in on my only off day just to be told the teller ran out to the gas station be patient. Brand new location with a terrible staff to start off the new area. They acted as if no one else could’ve made my deposit into my account. I don’t understand the purpose of having a designated person in the front if they’re not able to assist with customers.

I hope English isn't your only language. Huge Language barriers with this bank when you are forced to call customer support all so they can save a few pennies.PS.. Spare me your vague copy and pasted response asking me to call your self investigated social media team. What a complete joke you are.

0 stars if I could do that. Worst banking experience I've had - took them hours to remove a name from one account when both parties were present with all necessary documentation. Unable to change the name on an account when all legal documents were presented. They make you wait forever - and there's several employees just milling around the lobby - what are they doing?!?! I'd love to have a job like this - they get paid well to do nothing. I've been a Bank of America customer for nearly 20 years - these people make me want to switch my bank. 100% incompetent staff.

With hours 9am-4pm Monday-Friday and closed Saturday, this location is essentially useless. I do not see why they wasted the money to build it.

System down for a week. They aren't open on Saturday even though google and their website says otherwise.
