Buying a car can be a miserable experience if you are in the wrong dealer. At this Spitzer location, I can honestly say I had a fantastic experience buying my car here.
From car shopping online, to meeting the sales persons (Darrell and Nick) on the floor, sharing pleasant conversations with both the floor manager (Jacob) and the General manager (Bill), continuing to the finance office (Frank) signing the paperwork, everyone was professional and pleasant. No gimmicks, hidden agendas, straightforward process.
The whole experience did not happen perfectly as there were one or two obstacles but everyone was very helpful and willing to make sure that the sale happened. Above and beyond customer service.
I will definitely recommend anyone to shop here if they have the vehicle you are looking for.
Shoutout to the service department (Sabrina) also. Who would’ve guessed that the day after purchase, one of my tire pressure sensors would go bad. Without an appointment, they took care of it with good communication throughout the process.

Terrible Service to my car. Dropped it off at 8a.m, received the update what was wrong with it. But did not get a call back when it was finished. I had to go in at 330p.m to have them finish it up. And didn't have the keys in my hand until 445.

Will never go back! About 2 years ago I took my truck in for an oil change and waited about 6 hours only for them to tell me that they parked it in the back and forgot about it and made me come back the next day. I only recently went back because I was sent a $25 gift card in the mail for any service. I then waited 4 hours even though the service garage was empty when I arrived only to be told that the gift card can only be used on services over $100. My total was around $93 and was over $100 after tax and they did not honor it. Not to mention the only place it said that information was in the back of the gift card which was taped to the inside of the decorative card and only became visible once I took the gift card off to use. Absolutely horrible service and scammers.

Dealt with the service department the last 2 days, Kelly was awesome also. There is Brett, Zach and Kelly and of course Paula whom I have dealt with for years. Keep up the good work. Edit I think I got my advisors name wrong, maybe Tayler.
