They answered all questions, very friendly staff thank you all. Special thank you to Nick T who even changed my passenger wipe fast, it works fine. Big shout out to a wonderful staff, guessing they have a good manager to lead them. Again Thank you all for wonderful quick friendly customer service.

If I could give a ZERO I wouldMy mother-in-law purchased a new battery from here. $240.00. They brought out the battery and said here it is. She asked if someone could replace it. The gentleman in the back said he didn't think so but he'd take a look. It looked like he would be able to do the install. Long story short he replaced the battery but was unable to connect the battery lead. (It was too loose). He then tried to insert a spacer (washer) on the battery post. This did not work. He tried forcing it with a hammer. Needless to say he damaged the cable lead. He then inserted a screw between the post and the cable lead. Then he told me "that should hold but you'll need to get a new cable" He didn't say he was sorry or offer the pay for the cable to be replaced. TERRIBLE customer service.My mother-in-law then drove to Conrad's where she is getting a new cable lead. Unfortunately this is going to cost her, money she should not have to spend.I feel AutoZone should have stepped up and made this right.Update: Within 24 hours I was contacted by the Area General Manager of AutoZone. She was professional, apologetic and handled my mother-in-law's situation to my satisfaction. My mother-in-law was very grateful, as well.Thank you for your quick 5 Star response.

Dont buy here on any autozone for that matter. Stuffs overpriced. Corporate policies are discriminatory. Cant even call you and let you know about an application and manager leaves you dangling. Like seriously, i got rejected by some toothless racist hick dweeb that keeps his emo weirdo daughter around the store. Keep in mind their headquarters is in the city that has cops hunt down poor young men and savagely beat them to death. Backyard Mississippi. You dogged me over $11/ hour job. Slave drivers.
