“I can not thank this man enough! I had a scratch on the front of my car from another car clipping me in a parking lot. I came in for a quote and he buffed it out right there. I wasn't even there for 10 minutes and the scratch was gone and told me have a great day! Wouldn't even accept the 20 dollars I tried to give him for the work he'd done! Exceptional human. He is not out to gouge people. He's honest. I was so relieved because A touch of class auto body down the street wanted $880.00 to do what he did. I will tell everyone about Parma Auto Body! “Specifically, Jason in the parts dept. And I'm not even a regular customer! Valley Freightliner and Western Star reallu take care of any potential customer! They're the greatest. And Jason exemplifies this!I had an oops in my truck, and Jason was incredibly helpful and so compassionate that he got me the lowest prices on a few parts.Ultimately, my boss wanted to inspect the damage before I could fix it, so i couldn't take Jason up on his lowest price offer. I wish I could and if I'm even in need in the Ohio Valley again, I definitely know where I'm going!”
