“Went into Best Buy to purchase a TV. The purchase went Flawless salesman was more than helpful in finding a model that suited my needs. I was looking for something cheap but had good quality. Thing that I was going to put in an enclosed trailer that is like a hurricane on Wheels I wanted something that could take a little bit of a beating. Went with an open box Hisense u7k. Being that it was open box got it for less than half price. About the only problem was they forgot to wrap it up and I had to wait around for about an hour. After going back inside and notifying them that I've been waiting they immediately helped bring it out and put it in the truck.”

“So, I used to dread shopping at the Steelyard Commons Home Depot, because you could never find help or associates would see you coming, like you had a question, and make a beeline the other way. But I must say, the last couple times I've been there, I've been lucky enough to encounter Greg. Greg is so helpful, and you can tell that he really doesn't mind, and in fact wants to help you. If he doesn't have the answer, he'll stick with you until he gets one. Home Depot needs more associates, with great attitudes like Greg!”

We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”
