Don’t advise to stop here, everything is broken, no ice in the soda machine or subways soda machine that’s located in this same location, not to mention subway closed super early today, probably because they were outside messing around with what appeared to look like a minor, the area in 7 eleven was dirty and nasty, the clerk didn’t care when I pointed out to her, I ended up going up the street to sheetz, way cleaner, plus the ice machine works, and the clerk there gave me my drink for free Kudos sheetz will be back 7 eleven On ridge road in Parma I don’t didn’t so.

Cashier was super nice. Her and I had a brief discussion about some drama that occurred in an adjacent business under the same roof lol. Nevertheless, shopping experience was cool, and found what I needed.

The owner is always a creep. He made my kids really uncomfortable. I also found a roach in the bathroom today and caught it in an envelope. I will be taking this to the health board since they serve food.

These are the least helpful people.. They're personal griping and complaining takes precedence over customer service.. No reason to sign up for their rewards program because they don't have the time for you to enter the number..

The owner is a great guy, his staff are always on point, keeps a clean store and runs a good business, politics aside, Adam would give you the shirt off his own back if you needed it, has been nothing but helpful everytime i run across him! Much love to his staff as well, always professional and always happy to assist!

One of the best 7-Eleevn stores I’ve seen in years. Very clean, everyone is polite, always stocked with everything you need. The owner truly cares about his business! Not sure if the subway is under the same owner but it too is pretty amazing.

One of the best 7-Eleven stores I've ever been to. The owner is super nice and I always hear stories of him giving back to the community. The store is very well run and the customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend!
