My experience this time at Rad Air was great! Rob & I were both shocked as to how expensive it is to replace an entire KIA SOUL exhaust system, but he talked me down off the ledge and we came up with a plan that worked out. Rob always has the best customer service in the repair business. Always professional, down to earth, and just a great manager. I will always take my vehicles to RAD AIR!

Taking my truck to Rob and his team and having him come look under my hood in the rain is the kind of service you’ll get at Rad-Air of Parma Heights. I’ve brought both my vehicles to him and have always had quick and efficient services. Would totally recommend to anyone who needs service or even needs a point in the right direction.

I had a great experience working with the people at Rad Air in Parma Heights to help get my car back in working order. The manager was very personable and nice, helped explain the work that needed to be done, and they got my car fixed up in a timely manner and within the day. I highly recommend them and their service.

My son recently moved to the Cleveland area and we did not know a good mechanic to work on his car after it recently had mechanical issues. We took it to Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Center and they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it shortly after at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much Rob for all the excellent work you did.
