It's a nice store- bright and with nice, wide aisles which is nice for those of us who need to use mobility devices. Found some things that are difficult to find elsewhere. I'll definitely be back soon.

It was different than it used to be ... they have clothes and other stuff now. But sadly, a guy said there closing up already!!! So go get the deals while they last.! I got a nice comforter set for $13 bucks. I forgot to ask when they are closing officially.

I used to really like this store. I went into the store this week and found signs all over the store indicating NO RETURNS. After asking a employee I was told because they are having a BIG sale nothing in the store can be returned (not just sale items but ALL items) until the sale is over. Honestly, a major retailer implamenting a BLANKET no return policy in todays day and age ....is not good marketing ...I will not shop there ...so even if something is defective THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACk ...bad bad policy ...shop somewhere where you have the ability to return a item you are unhappy with or is defective ...dont roll the dice with Old Time Pottery ...

Horrible customer service experience returning two items. I had the receipts, but the cashier couldn’t figure out how to return the items, so she called over a woman named Tina who came over and said since the plate racks (that I bought here just a few days prior) didn’t have the tags on them, that I “could’ve gotten them from anywhere”, despite me having the receipt that clearly showed the items I was returning… After that accusation, I assured her that I did buy them here just a few days before and showed her the items on the receipt. I told her I can even show her what shelf I got them from, at which point she became stand-offish and said that I would need to go get some in the store that had tags on them so they had something to scan… She didn’t even offer to get them for me, so I went and got them myself, brought them up to the register and finally got my refund.
The worst part is, I was planning on returning the two things that I needed to and then stay and shop for some other things, but because of the terrible customer service, I returned my items and left. I used to love this store, but I will no longer shop here because of how I was treated by your employee, Tina.

I liked this place before they moved from Middleburg Hts. when it was moved to Parma they got new items and raised the prices. They don't really have bargains anymore but they do have a huge selection of most anything you could want.

Bought a Mr Clean mop for $ 24.99The mop is 95 percent plastic 5% strands. There is not enough meat on this mop to wipe down the floor might as well use a rag. Please... There's no way an older person have the strenght to even wring this mop.

Tons of items to choose from. Nice size store. If they don't have it then you don't need it. Very reasonable prices.
