“this guy is a miracle worker!! my phone had potential water damage with a shot battery. it's an old galaxy S8 active, I took it to 4 stores first, one wouldn't touch it, one said it was too old, two stores wanted $200 to fix it.... this guy cost $75 and had it back to normal in 2 days flat! I came all the way from west 25th just to see this guy and he did WORK. this man had my phone apart and took a multimeter to it and and measuring voltages and even manually wired in a different battery to test it, ALL BEFORE I PAID A DIME. he even fixed the USB port i had thought was broken for 3 years for free! I was taking a gamble too, I knew there was a chance it was the battery board (expensive repair!) and if I had him repair the battery and it didn't work I was out $75. well I took the gamble on this guy because he seemed like the real deal and it PAID OFF. ALWAYS TAKE PHONES HERE FOR WORK”

“Best Metro location in the city!! Mack got me together! I called 12 different Metro locations looking for smart watches for my kids, the only location in the city to have them. He got my phone bill lowered, my internet bill lowered! I left that store in tears because I was so grateful for how much they helped me!! Never going to another metro again!! Absolutely A 1!!!”
“The guy who I dealt with, Frank, was by far the best phone sales man I've ever dealt with. Extremely professional and helpful. Whereas at most other stores they seem less interested to help when you aren't spending big buck, He worked with me so I got the best phone/plan within the price range I could afford. “I went to this store and was helped by the associate named Rob. He was absolutely an amazing person. His customer service and overall knowledge of products and services are exemplary! He was patient and went through my account and saved me money. He also explained all my questions without complaint. I've been back twice with more questions and upgrades, and each time I went when he was there because he gave the best service.
I've never had great experiences with the employees or customer service until I met him. I will always make sure to go only when he is there. He is very personable and doesn't sales pitch you. Rob is the best associate AT&T has.”

“Bill is the cell phone wizard! He is very enthusiastic about these phones. The issue with my phone had been frustrating me for some time. Finally, I went to the Verizon store to obtain a new SIM card, hoping that would resolve the issue(s). Nope. Of course, they wanted me to buy a new phone. I took it to Bill. I had my working phone back just a few hours later. He thoroughly explained his diagnosis and repair. His charge for all that was VERY reasonable. Thanks for everything, Bill. I went in there after spending at least 8 hours on the phones with different AT&T numbers and chats only to be left extremely frustrated after switching 6 lines from T-Mobile to AT&T. I went into the store as a last resort. Should have been my first step.
Louis was eager to help but needed my ID. I was unprepared and did not have it, in my frustration I took out everything on Louis going so far as to swear at him and voice my displeasure in the most unprofessional way. I am embarrassed of my behavior in that moment.
I went home, retrieved my ID, came back and Louis didn't bat an eye. He was ready to help despite my behavior, never so much as a hint of attitude. Solved my problems and got all my numbers moved to the correct phones through a painful 90 minute process.
Props to Louis. If I ever have another issue he'll be the first person I seek out.”

My hopes is that this location remains still and that the people who encounter not so good experiences visit this location! “These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”
