I've met a lot of people in my life, but few can compare to Mohit at Lightning Service in Parma Heights. Mohit is truly one of the best people I’ve ever encountered, both professionally and personally. His positive energy is absolutely contagious—every time I visit, he lifts my spirits just as much as he takes care of my car.
Mohit’s skill is top-notch, but it’s his attitude and dedication that really set him apart. He approaches every job with enthusiasm and a level of care that makes you feel like your car is in the best possible hands. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows in the quality of his work.
I can easily see Mohit owning his own shop one day, with customers lining up just to get a chance to have him work on their vehicles. As long as Mohit is at Lightning Service in Parma Heights, it’s the only place I’ll ever take my car. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying I have been coming into this location for the past 10 years and I have never been disappointed. At this location there is a gentleman by the name Moe that always has a positive attitude and is a joy to see. Someone with as much joy for his craft as Moe should be rewarded. On the other had there was a heavy set guy that I have never seen before and he had a crappy attitude and is some that would make me not want to go to this location any more.
I’m sorry Moe but that guy was a jerk!!!!!
Hopefully management can address this.
