Edit-The business replied and threatened legal action if I don't remove, that's not going to happen. This stays up to warn others. So, I've added photos of my skin healing.After the threat of legal action. I advise everyone to stay very far away from this business.To the business- go for it try to sue me. I have proof of your harm to me. I've got the cc receipt to show I did visit your store too.Horrible - it hurt not like normal hurt but really bad, and when I looked in the mirror, I realized why. I had cuts on both eyebrows. Multiple ones. Closer examination, and there were still hairs. My brows were obviously uneven. The cuts took a couple of days to heal.Never will I come back nor recommend.Just take my review as you will. I've had my brows threaded for a couple of years now and have never experienced what I did this visit.

I come to Tamis Brows in Parma and Nabeela is my favorite. She is so nice and amazing. She never fails to do everything right. She is so good I recommend her 10/10 she IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITEEEE. i love her. If you go, ask for Nabeela because she is the sweetest!!!

My first thought when I pulled up was oh what kind of spot is this cause it was small but as soon as I walked in I'm like ohh its nice they got fuzzy carpet cute curtains it's a very nice atmosphere and out of the 2 years I been my brows done this is the best they ever looked and the lady was so friendly I hate when I go somewhere and I feel like I'm a bother did not get that vibe at all I felt very welcomed.Service: Hair threading

Did not cleanse my skin first. Did not apply wax with the hair, very sloppy. When waxing the sides of my face she waxed off my real hair!! She used the same stick back and forth in the wax and my face.She was very kind, but definitely didn’t seem like she was certifiedServices: Hairstyling

One star only because I couldn’t do zero. I called to make an appointment since it’s by appointment only. She said she didn’t have the time I needed for that day so I scheduled it for the next day. When my appointment time came, I arrived 10 minutes early to see the lights off and nobody there. When I called, the lady rudely answered and said she got sick and couldn’t make it into the salon. I understand getting sick but not calling and canceling or rescheduling appointments I do not understand. I came on my lunch break and made time around coming at my scheduled appointment time. I will take my business elsewhere. So unprofessional on the phone as well.
