Somehow a very small error was made inputting my zip code into the new policy and when it was fixed, my original quote raised by $25 for the 6 month policy. I take infusions for Crohn’s disease and finding an insurance option to pay for them was making my head spin. Christen called me and ensured me that we could work it out. We set up an appointment and she walked me through everything step by step and found the best coverage options for me. I was sick and found myself hospitalized before completing the paperwork. Christen was on vacation when I got out of the hospital and still took the time to call me and made sure we everything filed before the deadline.
