“We had decided the recliner we wanted but were unsure of color and features. We were in Florida but were buying for an Ohio home. We wanted to get in queue if we were to order (which we ultimately did). Thus we called the Strongsville Ohio store. Laurie was very friendly and helpful. She texted me pictures of the leather colors available, explained features and ultimately ordered the furniture for us. She did as much for us as if we were in the showroom and we accomplished, long distance, what we needed done.”

He greeted us when we arrived, and then gave us ample time to look around and try different recliners out until we were ready to talk. He then answered our questions and assisted us in picking out the fabrics. Then he wrote up the order and reviewed each item with us to make sure everything was correct. All in all it was great service and a great price as they were having a Presidents Day sale!”

As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. I brought a bunch of stuff down ( you need to have an appointment first) and the ladies were awesome at inventorying and pricing it and it’s been selling WAY faster and with less hassle to me when I’ve used Craig’s, marketplace, etc.”

Linda took such good care of us. She asked us questions that helped her understand what type of mattress she thought would fit us best. She then took the time to answer all of our questions while we tried out mattresses.
