I got my dog groomed at this place yesterday they were terrible came out of their stinking head hair all over him. I’ve never had that problem with the groomer before. First of all the place smelled terrible. I did not get to see my dog being groomed I don’t know what goes on behind closed doors. I asked for my dog to remain fluffy he is not. And she put some kind of powder in his ears. I’m not sure what that is. I had to come home and give my dog a bath. Absolutely never again.

Great place to take your animals. We took our two Golden doodles and she did an amazing job on their cuts. When explaining what I wanted done, she was very educated on the fur and made the perfect recommendations for our pups cuts. She also had great prices. We definitely will be a reigning customer and recommending to all of our friends and family.

my dog is a old dog 14 years old and ive been taking her there for 3 years now. they have been great every time ive taken her. they have helped me out when her skin was dried out. its nice to be able to call them up hey can i drop my dog off and pick her up whenever your done with her

When I dropped my 2 dogs off was not informed they don't take credit cards. My son (an MD) was with me during the registration process and also vividly remembers no significant signage. When I arrived I felt threatened that the owner would not release my dogs unless I fully paid the bill. I had enough cash between myself and my husband to pay more than 50%. The agreement was to release my dogs and I would get her the money the next day. I'm 85 yrs old and it takes me a little longer to get going in the morning so I was dismayed to get a phone call the next morning looking for the money. FYI my son observed that many of the dog treats were date expired, some almost 1 year.

yes I made an appointment for 11 Saturday we took him in on time and waited around even though he smell very good and looked really good when we got him that was like 4 hours later I had to make a call because nobody called here and then when she picked up the phone she says oh I was just looking up your number so I did like the service but she said it would take a couple hours if I waited to make an appointment for 11 but it turned out to be 4 hours plus and because that he had too much undercoat so take it as is
