My sister had a blowout and was on a budget. I told her to go to Discount Tire in Parma,Ohio. They were AMAZING!!! They made sure my sister was safe, taken care of and she was out the door in 35 minutes with 4 new tires, that fit her budget. Thank you Discount Tire!!!

STAY AWAY! Had 4 tires mounted and balanced. Got home and noticed 2 different styles of valve stems and caps. So that popped a red flag of no attention to detail. So I checked tire pressures. Found the front tires both good, 1 back tire 7 psi over inflated and the other tire at 60 psi! Max is 50psi on these tires and the car calls for 29! Also found lugnuts torqued to almost 100 ft/lb. Double check all the work these guys do, it won't be right!

Lazar is the man to talk to up here. Discount tire is the only place I'll buy tires from. They know their stuff and do a great job. If you're a car guy this is the spot.

Good service good price. My go to spot. They are pretty busy so plan accordingly. With respect to the "free balance and rotation", I don't believe the balance gets done often, so be specific.

I set up an appointment ahead of time. When I went in, they were expecting me. Very courteous and friendly. I left my car, but it was done so quickly I could have easily stayed. So glad I came here, and I will come back again.

This is the second set of 4 tires from Discount Tire. The prices are very reasonable and the friendly, knowledgeable, staff work with you to purchase the highest quality tires within your budget. I highly recommend getting the extended tire warranty as they do stand behind them. They offer free rotations and tire pressure checks/airfills. I won't go anywhere else for tires!!!

I went to this discount tires center. To have my tire repaired When I receive my car back, i drive it home. To find out that one of the mechanics broke one of my hub caps and failed to inform me, I assume that he thought that I would not see the broken hub cap but what he did not know is that I had to return to receive another tire. when I went back, i dealt with a gentleman named Sam. He agreed to pay for it. But if you can't trust them to inform you when they break something on your car, how can you really trust them to fix something on your car and when I asked for the name of the mechanic, they told me they didn't know. Per mager? RON ROCHO & SAM.
Just a side note. That same day, when I returned home the second time, I was missing a hub cap
But I can't prove that being anyone's fault. Specifically.
These tires we're put on my car a year and a half and about 9000 miles ago.and in one day, I go to this place and end up with a broken hub cap and a missing one . like i said, i can't prove the missing one, BUT IF IT WALK LIKE a DUCK ??

I've always had a great experience when working with Discount Tire. They give good advice when selecting tires and I feel like they are honest when making recommendations. I also appreciate that their store is always clean when I've been there. When it comes to getting help with my tires I always go to these guys.
