“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. “Went into Best Buy to purchase a TV. The purchase went Flawless salesman was more than helpful in finding a model that suited my needs. I was looking for something cheap but had good quality. Thing that I was going to put in an enclosed trailer that is like a hurricane on Wheels I wanted something that could take a little bit of a beating. Went with an open box Hisense u7k. Being that it was open box got it for less than half price. About the only problem was they forgot to wrap it up and I had to wait around for about an hour. After going back inside and notifying them that I've been waiting they immediately helped bring it out and put it in the truck.”
